What we do

Food Choice Architecture (FCA) is the intentional design of food choices to make sustainable, nourishing food choices the easiest choice, without restricting options. FCA is rooted in behavioral science and can strongly influence the way we select and enjoy food.

There are different food choice strategies that can be broadly bucketed into the following levers. These levers can be used to make the target choice the easy choice by minimizing the effort required for selecting the targeted option.
